Account Director
Description:

The Account Director leads and guides the development of overall client objectives and the ongoing strategic direction of the account. He/She is the lead client contact and oversees a single account or multiple accounts. The Account Director is responsible for developing expertise on the client's business and industry, and is responsible for utilizing this expertise to assess the needs of each client and propose solutions that address these needs.
The Account Director is a client advocate and relationship builder. He/She is responsible for developing new business within existing accounts by positioning Sequence strategically with clients. The Account Director is also expected to contribute in business development opportunities with potential clients by defining solutions.
The Account Director leads the Sequence engagement team by constantly working to balance the best interests of the client and Sequence. He/She owns the planning/strategy responsibility along with ensuring the financial viability of the account.

Director of Interaction Design

The Director of Interaction Design plays a critical role in the studio, one that involves a combination of strategic thinking, business acumen, subject matter expertise, project execution, and mentorship of delivery teams. As Director, you will work with all disciplines in the studio to help deliver best-of-breed interactive solutions to meet our clients' business needs. You'll help develop and refine internal processes and methodologies for the discipline, set an example for delivery teams, provide superior guidance to your team, and act as a thought leader in the practice of interaction design and information architecture. Finally, you'll work with the business development team to help articulate our unique value proposition, understand potential client needs, and communicate how Sequence is best suited to meet those needs.
Aside from your leadership responsibilities, you will spend a portion of your time working as a subject matter expert and practitioner on key projects. In this part of your role, you are a strategic problem solver who can effectively bridge the gap between user needs and business objectives. You will work closely with clients during projects, defining problems by asking the right questions and effectively communicating the solutions. Throughout this process, you are comfortable working in highly collaborative and multi-disciplinary teams, and communicate effectively with visual designers, writers, technical teams and developers.

Flash Developer (Senior Level)
Description:

As a Flash developer at Sequence, you are responsible for developing visually and functionally compelling Flash animations that simultaneously meet design and business objectives. You have a strong combination of Flash programming expertise, along with a very solid graphic design sensibility. You work effectively with graphic designers, information architects, and other developers, contributing to internal decision making, and identifying implementation challenges early in the design process. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can multitask effectively.

- 5+ years experience working as a Flash developer on the agency and/or client side
- Experience developing Flash for delivery as small components within Web sites and as larger standalone entities (e.g., games or applications)

Project Manager (Senior Level)

Reporting to the Client Services Director, senior project managers own the client relationship on small to mid-sized accounts, and the day-to-day management of a project. They can manage small to mid-sized projects independently, and work with an Account Manager on large projects. Senior project managers are advocates for the user-centered design process, and can explain it and apply it to projects.
Senior project managers plan projects and approaches so that teams can deliver high-quality work on-time and on budget. They should be able to successfully manage client relationships, understand client business needs, and think strategically about an account. They are also responsible for all operational aspects related to an account, from project management to billing.
